Attorney Moots has practiced in the areas of family law, criminal law and personal injury law since 1969. His reputation and experience in significant divorce and custody matters is preeminent; and he has represented defendants in many of the key criminal matters prosecuted in northwestern Connecticut in the past thirty years. Major personal injury verdicts and settlements are significant. His litigation experience includes state and federal courts in Connecticut and, with assistance of out-of-state counsel, such states as New York, Texas, Louisiana and North Carolina. He has argued appeals before the Appellate and Supreme Courts of Connecticut. A graduate of Boston University School of Law in 1969, Mr. Moots received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Bar Association. A long-time resident of New Milford, Mr. Moots served as Town Counsel for more than five years and was formerly as public defender, based in New Milford, in the Connecticut Circuit Court. |

Zoning and Land Use, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Commercial Lending and Business Law. Attorney Pellegrini is widely acknowledged to be the area's most experienced attorney in land use and zoning, having practiced in that field for more than thirty years. He represents numerous commercial and developer clients before the various boards and commissions in New Milford and surrounding communities. He also practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and has served as general counsel to the Greater New Milford Board of Realtors for more than twenty-five years. His community activities are extensive and include the Board of Directors of the New Milford Hospital, of which he is past chairman. He also served as Town Attorney and Selectman for the Town of New Milford. Mr. Pellegrini graduated from St. Francis College in 1966 and from Villanova Law School in 1969. A resident of New Milford for many years, Mr. Pellegrini now lives in South Kent. |

A native of New Milford, Attorney Dratch practices in the areas of family law, criminal law, probate administration, including adoptions and children's matters, and Social Security disability. She also has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and residential real estate. Before obtaining her law degree from the University of Bridgeport (now Quinnipiac) School of Law, Mrs. Dratch has extensive experience as a paralegal and was involved in fire protection regulatory work. She is a member of the National Fire Protection Association and an elected affiliate member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers. She is a member of the New Milford Chapter of the American Red Cross, a member of the vestry of Christ Church in Roxbury. She is a member of the Litchfield County Bar Association, the Danbury Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association. |

Attorney Arnold is a native of New Milford and joined the firm in 2001 after being employed in Danbury Superior Court as a clerk serving in family matters, civil short calendars and personal injury jury trials. Her practice areas at the firm include family law, personal injury litigation and real estate. Mrs. Arnold is a 1995 graduate of Pace University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Western Connecticut State University. For a number of years before entering law school, she served as a sign language interpreter for the Danbury Board of Education. She serves on a committee for the Connecticut Bar Association Family Law Section to establish duties of guardians ad litem and attorneys for minor children in divorce action. She is a member of the Litchfield, Danbury, Connecticut and New York Bar Associations. |

Personal Injury Litigation, Civil Litigation Attorney Gronbach is a member of the firm's civil practice, with a focus on personal injury litigation. Having previously worked at a Connecticut insurance defense firm, he has a unique perspective on cases to achieve positive results for his clients. Mr. Gronbach has litigated commercial disputes involving condominium associations; federal and state criminal defense cases; wrongful death suits; medical malpractice claims; civil rights claims; and an array of personal injury actions. An important component of David's civil work is his experience prosecuting and defending appeals. David has argued cases in both Connecticut and New York appellate courts. The appeals have ranged from commercial matters, civil disputes, and criminal matters. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, and received his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York. While at law school, David was the recipient of the Dean's List and Ranking Scholar designations. He spent a semester studying in London, England and participated in the Gray's Inn Moot Court. He graduated from law school with certifications in Environmental and International Law. Mr. Gronbach is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and New York state courts. He is also admitted in Connecticut Federal Court, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Supreme Court. He was raised in Westchester County, New York and lives in New Milford with his wife and three children. He is active with his family and community organizations in the New Milford area. |

Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Attorney Albanese is a New Milford native who joined the firm in 2012 after spending the initial years of his career practicing in New York City and Westchester County. His areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing, representing sellers, purchasers, lenders, landlords and tenants, with expertise in short sales, re-finances and foreclosures. He also has extensive experience in corporate and small business matters, representing firms of all sizes in both their day-to-day needs and in formation, dissolution, sales, and mergers. Mr. Albanese is admitted to practice in Connecticut (2006) and New York (Appellate Division, Second Department 2007). He received his undergraduate education at Fordham University (B.A. 2003) and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School (J.D. Cum Laude 2006). While at Fordham he spent a semester abroad in Rome, Italy and was a member of both the National Philosophy Honor Society and National Political Science Honor Society. In law school, he served as vice president of the Italian American Law Students Association, was a Notes & Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, and was the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in trusts and estates. He is currently a member of the Litchfield County Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and serves on the board of directors of the Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut. |
