Background

A graduate of Boston University School of Law in 1969, Mr. Moots received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.

A long-time resident of New Milford, Mr. Moots served as Town Counsel for more than five years and formerly served as public defender, based in New Milford, in the Connecticut Circuit Court.
